The Yard of Taste is a place of research, experimentation, training and proposal of the ancient and traditional recipes for transforming and preserving the products of the sea and of the coast. It organizes courses and seminars dedicated to students of hotel schools, to cultural associations attentive to traditional gastronomy, to anyone who wants to live, try and learn the secrets and recipes of home-cooked food that is always healthy, tasty and often pleasantly “poor”.
