The National Canoe Kayak Sup Open race, is organized by the  Nautical Club of Messolonghi, after ther name  “Crossing Mesolongi-Aetoliko Lagoon”.

Cycling around Klisova Lagoon in Messolonghi, is an amazing adventure, as somebody can admire the little historic islet of Klisova, well known for its famous “Battle of Klisova”. The area highlights the horizons, saltwater habitats, birds and fishing traditions and becomes one of the most beautifuls sceneries for a cycling tour in the lagoon, which vivitors can enjoy and explore the landscape and its natural beauty.
